Member of UK House of Lords, Lord Camoys, calls on Forests Minister Thakuri
Kathmandu- Minister for Forests and Environment Ain Bahadur Shahi Thakuri was paid a courtesy call on by Lord Camoys, a member of the United Kingdom’s House of Lords today.
According to the Nepali Embassy in the UK, they discussed various issues of bilateral and mutual interests during their meeting in London today.
Minister Thakuri is currently in London in the United Kingdom to participate in the Ministerial Roundtable on Tackling Water Security across the Climate-Nature-Development Nexus, organised by the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). He reached London on Thursday.
He had attended a Water and Climate Reception hosted by King Charles III at Buckingham Palace on Thursday evening.
